DIY Solutions

With the current economic woes and rising energy costs, I could think of no greater way to invest my money than on a home inspection from EnergyQue. The comfort and character of my home has for years masked an inefficient system that Brent’s thermal camera has exposed. The camera pinpointed areas where my insulation was lacking and where heat was escaping. Additionally, his evaluation was full of valuable, practical recommendations that I can implement on my own, saving me the cost of paying someone to perform these simple tasks in addition to the savings that come from a more efficient house. For years I’ve thought that the only practical money-saving solution in the winter was to bundle up and drop the thermostat...how little did I know. With EnergyQue’s help, I’ve found that there are steps I can take to reduce my energy costs that do not require large investments like solar panels or geothermal. I’m confident that the Brent’s energy audit will pay for itself many times over. Thanks, Brent!

Raised Sinking Feeling

Oct 8th, 2008 Your company meet all our expectations, and we are veryThermal Image of Radiant Floorhappy with the results. Phase two of the project should happen next week, so we will let you know how it went. Thanks again for your flexibility and professionalism.

Oct 17th, 2008 Following up on the in-slab heating tubes. The concrete levelers who raised the slab, said they have never had such an easy job. Of couse their price did not reflect this but we were able to drill holes in the slab with complete confidence. Job well done! Now I have to go get a colder one.

Customer Testimonial

Thermal Imaging shows back patio door leaking"EnergyQue Helped me do a lot to improve my home's heating efficiency. And that says a lot, because I don't know a lot about this stuff. Brent not only showed me where my home was leaking loads of energy, he gave me specific pointers as to what I can do about it. I'm not a do it yourself kind of guy, but he made it really easy without making me feel like a dummy. The savings on our energy bill will be a good thing, but feeling like I could do something about it, is priceless." All said and done we are considering replacement of the old metal sliding glass doors that glowed on the thermal image, adding insulation to the attic and will be calling an HVAC contractor to help seal all our ducting. I'm certain these investments will save us money since we could see right where the issues were."
